All the recorded shows on my explorer 8300 DVR have disappeared. The power went off for a few minutes last night and now the recorded "list" is empty. Any suggestions on how I might access the shows I know are still on the disks would be greatly appreciated.

Reboot the box by unplugging it and plugging it back in. If you still don't have anything on the list after that, they are history.
