Has anyone had any luck reaching TV Authority in the last several weeks. I've left dozens of voice mails and emails without anything other than an automated response. The 1-888 number is dead as well.

Surprising since the customer service on the initial order was so good.

(I had a bad bulb for my Benq delivered by them and want to get it RMA'd)
