I have just returned my XBR3 because the ghosting/blurring is unacceptable to me. Since LCDs are not a consideration anymore, what is better for gaming? Plasmas or DLPs? From what I have read, Plasma TVs do not have a response time (what caused ghosting on my XBR3). Is that true? Do DLP TVs have a response time?
Basically, I am looking for a suitable replacement for the 52" XBR3 that I had.

Anybody?
All TVs have some sort of "response time". I have a Samsung HL-S6188 DLP which is great for gaming. DLP response times are in the microsecond range compared to LCDs which are in the millisecond range. I've used the Xbox 360, PS2, and Wii on it and I haven't noticed any sort of blurring or ghosting from the TV. The new Samsung DLP line is the HL-T which has both a bulb-based series and an LED-based series. That's my take.

I hate to bump threads up like this, but I'm kind of wondering why my name's been copied. He's certainly not an active user. (Well neither am I for that matter) But it's kind of creepy. I Googled my name and this is the only use of it that's not me that I could find.
I use this name everywhere with everything and I've used it for many years. I suppose it doesn't really matter, but I don't like the idea of being confused for someone else.

Consider it flattery. ;)

I thought you could only have one user with the same name?
One is Obi Kwiet and one is Obi_Kwiet. They are different.
