I am looking for a way, if it is possible, to mount Def Tech Mythos 2's to the wall, IN A SWIVEL/ROTATING fashion. Any thoughts?

ok, so it is clear to me that i have zero ms paint talent. but here is an attempt to help clarify my issue. when flush to the wall, normal wall mounts arent an issue. but when the tv is pulled out and rotated 45 degrees , regular speaker mounts are no good, because the speakers are still pointed forward. and again, the speakers are def tech mythos 2's.

thanks! and sorry again for the terrible drawing.

oh, and also, where am i supposed to put the surrounds?! the room has 20' ceilings, in case that matters for speaker position recommendations.

I can't find an image of the Mythos brackets and mounting points, but it should be possible attach the factory mounts to a piece of plywood, for example and then mount the plywood on simple brackets that allow rotation of the entire assembly. You might get away with a pair of L shaped angle brackets screwed to the wall and attached to the plywood at the top and bottom edges. Use threaded inserts, machine screws and washers to attach the plywood. Don't tighten them fully so as to allow the plywood backer to swivel.

Angle brackets look like this and come in sizes up to several inches a side-any hardware store or home center will have them-

For swivel mounts, I've pretty much settled on Omni Mounts (http://www.omnimount.com/consumer/product.aspx?ProductId=fe7fa0e3-d6f7-4b54-885d-34db03c2f7e1&CurrentId=7.2.2) (come in different weight capability ranges).
