Great price on Heroes. Probably be able to pick it up for around $50.00 shipped w/ the Amazon 10% off.

The Heroes dvd (hd dvd) is supposed to be very special. In Entertainment Weekly it mentioned that you would be able to play each characters story arc in sequence.

IMHO that feature alone makes it worth picking up.

I have already seen each episode (except the finale of course) but that feature alone would push me to at the very least rent it.

I'm in for Heroes...I watch last night's episode for the 1st time and will not watch next week season ending and will wait for the entire 1st season hd dvd.

Wow I hope it actually does have a $79.98 msrp as HD-DVD blog is reporting. If amazon gives it the usual 30% off, with the added 10% off that would come to $47.98 shipped! That would be awesome! Though the $60 shipped it would be after discounts if it has a $99.98 msrp isn't too terribly either.

Well then that is just outstanding. A season of a new show for under $50, on HD-DVD no less. I'm really liking Universal on this.

Unfortunatly, Universal Home Video price of $79.99 from thier website is not Suggested Retail Price.. it is the pre-order price for the set.
