My 880 can't control my PS3 because of bluetooth which really sucks.

Will the 880 Harmony ever be able to do bluetooth via upgrade?

Any Harmony remotes in the works which will be able to do bluetooth?

Please advise.

no. Bluetooth is much more involved than that. Personally I would like to see an IR to Bluetooth conversion device that would make any IR remote capable of controlling the PS3.

I imagine we'll see a PS3 branded Harmony, probably based off the 5XX (like the 360 got) first that will be both IR and Bluetooth.

Then i expect we'll see something in the 8XX series that will do the same. Then I expect to see bluetooth blasters (similar to the RF extenders).

I'm hoping for something in between the 800 and 1000. My dream remote would be metal like the 1000, one handed like the 880/890 with a similar sized screen, maybe slightly larger and bulging out a bit like the MX950, etc. And bluetooth capable, as well as IR. They can sell RF and a baller model with integrated RF later.

Any basis for that opinion or is it pure speculation?

When is this bluetooth conversation device or remote coming out?

There is a workaround that people are currently using.
