I have a PVR cable box that has 2 tuners and a TV that has PIP, but i can't get it set up properly. what is the ideal cable set up to get this done? my compenents are:

TV - KV-36HS510 Sony
PVR Cable box Motorola DCT 6416-111
Compact AV System DAV-C770 Sony

Not sure what issue you are facing, but one detail to consider is that the Sony Twinview function, at least on this line of sets, only allows the left window to display an HD (1080i/720p) formatted input. Both the left and right windows are capable of displaying SD inputs.

I don't know if the Moto PVRs can output the video of both tuners at the same time.

thanks for the info, yeah i looked at the manual for the pvr and it states that it can't do PIP so i guess i can't do it, unless i use a splitter before the pvr as one of the inputs.
