I have a weird question, hopefully someone can shed some light on it. I have an HSU sub and I am wondering what the best way to calibrate it is. Currently I am using the equalization feature on my pioneer receiver but I never know what to do with the volume knob on the sub directly. What should the volume be set at for calibration?

I only ask this because in some instances my sub will overpower the vocals and then in other cases its very good so I know it needs work.

Any suggestions?
