Which company makes the "best" DLP? What I mean by best is, most likely to last a long time and not need repair.

I'm currently looking at the Toshiba 57HM167. I've always thought Toshiba made a pretty solid projection tv but maybe I've just been "hearing things".

Samsung, Tosh, and Mits are the leading DLP manufacturers (Sony does not make one at all). Tosh gets top reviews in Consumer Reports, and Samsung gets top reviews at Home Theater. Go look at them in stores and go with whichever you like best.
