Im at 250 hours on my plasma.
I game quite a bit, but dont abuse, and use maintenance alot.

The question i have is this:

I have noticed some IR of a game menu etc when im done gaming.. Do i need to run maintenance or video right away, or can i turn the set off, go to bed and continue using the set the next day with another type of viewing to get rid of the IR.

any advice would be appreciated,

Yes you can turn it off and use it the next day. That will be fine.
