I just received a Sony KP-61XBR200 that apparently has convergence issues. This is my first RPTV although I'm no stranger to CRT projectors as I also have a BARCO and a RUNCO. Well this RPTV has an Auto convergence cicuit which I suspect is where I'll find my problem. From searching I have found that there are possibly some chips and/or fuses at fault, please correct me if I am wrong here. I take it that there is no way to manually converge the set? Where can I find this circuit on the tv? Does anyone no of a good web site for service support for the do-it-your-selfer? Any suppliers for the chips? Also does anyone have a service manual in pdf or a link to one? Thanks in advance for any help, Dave :)
