Sorry if any of these questions have already been answered, but I searched and couldn't get my answers.

To start with, I'm sort of a JSP kind of user. I have 2 Panasonic TH58PX6OU televisions. One upstairs and one downstairs. I've been with TWC in Houstpn for years, and am getting a little fed up.

On a regular basis, my HD programming locks up or pixelates badly. I am an AVID NFL fan, and am tired of waiting for Sunday ticket to become available to me. This is probably the driving force in my decision.

This week, Comcast took away one more HD channel in one of the HBO channels with no other HD channels being added. To me, this is moving in the WRONG DIRECTION. I dont really watch much HBO, but it was probably the last straw in years of frustration.

I've always wanted to get a second TV in my main viewing room for football season and watch multiple games at the same time. So here is my plan, I want to get another 58 inch plasma and mount it directly above my current one so I can watch two HD NFLgames at the same time this fall. Heres the problem though. I am very addicted to my Harmony remote and use it for everything. Sometimes I wish I had a belt holster so I could have it at my fingertips at all times. If i put two TV's in one room, won't I have to have seperate HD STB's? Then if I try to change the channel on only one with my remote, the other one will also change. This is an issue. I thought I recalled seeing the DirectTV offered a multi TV tuner, but I cant find it on their website anymore. Am I missing something? Is there a solution to this problem?

Also, I have a question to those who have experience with NFL Sunday ticket in HD. How is the PQ? How many of the games are typically in HD in a weekend?

In general also, how do you lik the quality of the HD channels? This is important to me because most of the TV i watch is HD content. Anymore now days, I can barey stand to watch SD content anymore, and it has to be some pretty compelling content before I consider watching it.

Thanks in advanec for your responses

"If i put two TV's in one room, won't I have to have seperate HD STB's?"

Yes

"Then if I try to change the channel on only one with my remote, the other one will also change. This is an issue. I thought I recalled seeing the DirectTV offered a multi TV tuner, but I cant find it on their website anymore. Am I missing something? Is there a solution to this problem?"

They never offered a tuner that could output multiple streams, I can't comment for the H20 but some of their older ones have separate remote addresses you can set up to allow what you want to do.

"Also, I have a question to those who have experience with NFL Sunday ticket in HD. How is the PQ? How many of the games are typically in HD in a weekend?"

PQ was fine on the games I saw, they had a handful in HD each week, with the new sats going up though, I believe they are supposed to have all the games available in HD on each week for the upcoming season.

"In general also, how do you lik the quality of the HD channels?"

This question will open a can a worms here, it's known that Directv currently downrezzes their 1080i channels due to lack of bandwidth which impacts the PQ. This will hopefully change with the new sats going up.
