I purchase a Polk Surroundbar the other week and I'm mostly impressed. I don't think its doing very well when listening to loud music. Just feels like Its missing something. The sub is doing a great job filling the low end, but I think there is some mid range that is missing from the Polk. It's especially noticeable at louder volumes.
Let me explain my setup, maybe one of you can help me to get it sounding a bit better.
HK AVR 146 30WPC
Polk Surroundbar
MK VX-7 Sub
Currently I have the HK set so all the speakers are "small", I've experimented with both, but dont see much difference.
HK crossover set to 120Hz on all the Polk speakers.
Sub is hooked up through sub-out and its gett L+R/LFE
TIA
