Just curious if anybody here has heard or seen if this product, and if it actually works or not?

By all reports, they do not work (I bought one to try: no go)

I am still trying to figure an application where they might be useable

I bought one that looks exactly like this from another supplier. It did not work at all!

I just posted to the thread above, but the short answer is that it's not technically feasible to make a device where the HDMI connectors can transmit a signal, or receive a signal on the fly. They can only do one or the other (transmit or receive).
