Its weird but my hR20 is experiencing the effects as if I had a semi thunderstorm…… it sucks… the audio drops out almost every minute and the picture gets distorted…It only happens to the High Def Channels


Is this a common problem with the h20 or is it just mine?

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Try re-booting it.

First try the software restart available under Settings.

If that doesn't improve things, then try the RBR button.

The next thing to try is to unplug it for aroung 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.

I agree that there seem to be more sound and pixellation problems since the latest software upgrade.
