Why won't my caller ID show up on my TV?? I have DirecTV and yes it is plugged in and yes I have it turned on in the menu. Please help!!

Do you subscribe to "caller ID" (from your local phone provider)?

Yes we have caller ID.

What receiver do you have? The newest receivers (H20, HR20) have been having issues with caller ID.
