Im trying to figure out a fault with my 1292

Both fans connected to the E board (big and small) will not start up

All other fans on the other boards are ok and spin

This is causing the PJ to shut down and show a error code 20 (which i think is related to the fans)

any one have any idea what is causing this??? visually nothing seems to be out of ordinary

EDIT: also does anyone know a repairer in sydney who can look at it. Im out of ideas
