I was wondering if anyone has taken the french HD DVD of Mulholland Drive for a spin.
I am SUPER interested on wheather the A/V quality is up to standards?
Are there forced subtitles?

It's been discussed in a few of the Studio Canal threads. Basically, the video is nothing to brag about. It looks slightly better than an upconverted DVD to me. Apparently, the movie didn't look that hot in theaters, either, so maybe it's the source. It did start out as a TV pilot.
No forced subtitles. Also, no chapter stops. ;)

Ha, ha. So they kept with that from the SD DVD. Lynch is a strange folk.

Any extras on the HDDVD?
I seem to recall the DVD only including a trailer.

Does the HD DVD release have all of the extras that are on the R2 2-disc special edition DVD?
