Howdy guys,

I was wondering what the backlight setting on an LCD should typically be set at? I have a 32inch Sony Bravia LCD, and have DVE for calibration (which I still find fairly hard to use, help with that would also be appreciated).

Sorry, also, when calibrating a tv, what state should the tv be in before hand? On mine there are your standard brightness, picture, colour, sharpness but there are also advanced settings like gamma correct and some black extension and stuff...
