I have an old CRT Philips TV (model 46PP9302/17) with an overscan problem. I went to the service menu and tried to adjust some parameters under GEOMETRY.. the thing is that i don't know what each thing does, and after moving numbers for a while I still don't get rid of the overscan issue.
The parameters that I get displayed in geometry are:
Wide Blank
Horizontal Shift
Horizontal Parallel
EW Width
EW Parallel
EW Trap.
Horizontal Bow
Vertical Slope
Vertical Amplitude
S Corr.
Vertical Shift
Would someone please tell me what is that I need to adjust in order to get this fixed?, or if someone could give me a small tutorial about how to get overscan issue fixed? I would really appreciate it. THANK IN ADVANCE
