Where online would I be able to get the best price with a decent delivery time (10 days or less)?

I'm looking to get down to fun of putting my OTA HDTV antenna up.

I am in a fringe area overlapping Pittsburgh and Johnstown stations. I am looking to buy the CM 4228 antenna (8-bay UHF), the CM 7777 preamp and a new rotator.

Right now I think that whole stack is about $200-220 depending on the rotator I get.

Also, if there are any better suggestions for equipment, I'm all ears.
