37" would be a good size for my dorm room and the price is right, plus I know Sony makes good TVs. I'm concerned about the LCD nature of it though, I've heard rear-pro LCD tends to not be as sharp and have a red push compared to other rear-pro technologies.

I looked at this TV the day after my local BB got them in stock. The salesperson I talked to raved about it being really good for the money. I was watching the standard hi-def demo stuff that all the TV's were showing and it looked quite fine to me. I'm also considering this TV to replace an old 32 inch CRT in our family room (needs to fit into the current cabinet and Sony touts this new set as doing just that). We have a Sony 60A202 (which does have a superior picture BTW) in our basement theater room. BB now has them at $100 off list.
