Anybody know of any tweaking or setup to get this unit looking its best. Only thing i can see is the menu and doing that and the focus by eye. My eyes arent perfect rather have a program or some numbers to set it to for best results. Any help would be great. THX

Unless you have calibration equipment of good quality - don't bother. If you have the gear - and your lamp is aged or your screen is off color - then you certainly could try - but it will be single digit errors which requires a bit of skill and experience to actually fine tune further. Most calibrators consider a single digit error good enough already after an afternoon of calibration.
It is pre-calibrated at the factory - other than adjusting basic video for brightness/contrast etc to match your source - leave it on the presets. If you need help with brightness/contrast - then you could try SpyderTV which does it with sensor readings. But you would be financially better off buying a calibration DVD like AVIA and learning how to do this yourself.
