I know, you guys are thing that since when is a quadscan brand new as they were originally introduced 7+ years ago. Well, I did find one on ebay advertised as brand new including orig box and all acessories, and sure enough when it arrived it was brand new. Not one of the plastic wraps was ever removed, the remote batteries were in the orig plastic wrap, it came with all the cables and accessories, etc.

Well, I hooked it up to my 1272Q CRT, and was really happy - it looked great on the 800x600 and the 720P settings. I had it plugged in for about a week (24/7) and all of a sudden the pictgures was flickering - so I turned it off and back on and had "iiiiiiiiiiii' on the display.

I did some reading, and somne suggested the external wall plug (PS) was problematic with them. So I bought a new plug of the same voltage/etc, and no difference. I opened up the case, and nothing looks obvious, and I do have a little green light on one of the board lights inside. But I still get the iiiiiiiiiiiii on the display and no output.

What a POS. That is the last time I ever buy a FE product again I just bought a CS VS2, so hopefully this will be more reliable.

Or does anyone have any idea what the error display iiiiiiiiiii means???
