JVC stock was halted in Japan because of media reports they might issue new shares to Kenwood, then merge.

Since the RS1 has so much talk in here, and also threads about them being up for sale, thought it might be interesting. It appears the buyout wth the Texas group didn't work out. Being with Kenwood might be better, but its hard too tell.
