Probably a lot of posts out there, but a quick answer would be helpful.

I am looking to scale

(i) 480i over SDI and

(ii) 1080i from cable box (HDCP)

to a custom resolution (1364x768, for Sanyo PLV-70 clone).

I can get these two units for about the same price (<$500). Which is better for my needs?

Is there an even better alternative in this price range?
