If I have D* deactivate one of my HR10-250's, will I still be able to playback what's recorded on it or do I lose everything? My hard drive is full so I'd rather just use it to play back and not pay the monthly fee.

DaMavs 06-13-07, 11:54 AM I believe if you disconnect the Tivo from the satellite & phone lines first, you'd be OK. If you keep it connected and let them "talk" to the box to deactivate you'd have problems. There should be an easy way to test it - disconnect the satellite & phone line. Can you still play your recorded shows? If yes, you should be good to go & can call D* to deactivate. If not, you have your answer.
