He was a true inspiration to many of the baby-boomers that are now scientists with

I grew up with Mr Wizard

i saw it online yesterday afternoon and i was going to post it, but i did not know quite how to approach it.

Even I used to watch Mr.Wizard in the morning right before school started.

i was fascinated with the show...I remember when he did a demo on the coriolis effect (the earths spin causing water to spiral as it drains) he put a kid on a playground merry-go-round and spun it counter clockwise and then drained the bucket and it swirled the other way...I was hooked..I am a chemist now..who knows...But i loved the show!
