Guys, I have an Apex AD-703 dvd player, which for the last week has been acting wierd. Whenever I put a dvd it keeps saying loading and then suddenly the scrren comes which says input password. So I am planning to buy a dvd palyer today. budget $50 or under. I will be buying a HDTV soon so a upconverter dvd would be nice. I also need to get the very best in this price range. i had heard about philips but don't know the model number, or even if there is something better than that.

Recommend some dvd players please.
