According to HighDef Digest, Warner is offering a package deal on select title combintions:

In a high-def first, Warner Home Video is planning to release three new "Best Of" collections bundling over a dozen of its top Blu-ray releases.

On September 18, the studio will release three separate volumes on the Blu-ray format, containing four top titles apiece.

"The Best of Blu-ray Vol. 1" will include: 'Lethal Weapon,' 'The Road Warrior,' 'Swordfish' and 'Training Day.'

"The Best of Blu-ray Vol. 2" will include: 'The Last Samurai,' 'Phantom of the Opera' 'Unforgiven and 'The Fugitive.'

"The Best of Blu-ray Vol. 3" will include: 'Blazing Saddles,' 'The Departed,' 'Goodfellas' and 'Superman: The Movie.'

Each box will carry an MSRP of $84.99, a savings of up to $55 compared to the combined list prices of each title, if bought separately. (Amazon is already taking pre-orders for all six box sets at $58.95)

Warner Brothers Online is offering these packages for $59.95. When you include the "WBWEL" discount it brings the total to just $47.96, that's an incredibly low $11.99 per title!

Too bad I already paid a whopping $14.36 for each title a few weeks ago. :D

Well I don"t like a single "Best Of" box they offering. Each of them has maybe one title thats good but the rest is (to my eyes) fill-up. SO I'm not interested but thx for posting "sales". Always looking for a good deal.

The problem always seems to be that I already own at least one title in the set, making it not really worth it for the entire set to be bought, even if I wanted it.

Yeah, but there are new people buying into Blu-ray every day. I own all of the titles in these sets and I would have jumped on all three at those prices. Hell, you can probably sell the ones you don't want at a small profit.

I wouldnt mind volume 2.
I probably would pick up the 3rd set, if I didnt already own the Departed.

Wow, their BDs are pretty cheap at $20/title and 20% off. Is there a catch of some sort?

Curse you Aaron, you just cost me $95.

They could've put all the bobbed titles together and sold them as a "worst of"..
