Would really like to convert the family room, into more of a home theater, plus family room.

I think I have the room it is 20 x 20, just need to find someone to help me with the plans, so I can get it built.

Sure, lots of them. What ideas are you looking for? Designers in your area? Check out the sticky for 'Installers' at the top of the forum. Alternatively, hire Dennis Erskine (moderator here), Bryan Pape (bpape), Ethan Winer or any number of other room designers/acoustic engineers.

BTW, 20 x 20 is a bad room size. Square rooms (or rooms where one wall is an exact multiple of another wall) have some inherently nasty sound qualities.

I think the hardest thing to work with is going to be that room size 20X20...A BOX
That is going to be hell of the sound quality.
