Hello,

I am looking for recommendations for a low cost video processor that will do the following:
- Accept HDCP DVI or HDMI (minimum 2 ports, preferrably 3 or 4)
- Deinterlace 1080i (3:2 pull down is good enough)
- Output up to at least 1920x1080x60p
- Allow custom output resolutions and aspect ratios (I want to use 1920x818x60p at 2.35:1 and clip the black bars off the top and bottom for 2.35:1 movies)

Cost will be a main factor for whether or not this is even an option.

Thanks!
Mike

Lumagen HDP, or HDQ will do what you want

great! Thanks for the suggestions. I didn't see HDCP listed in the specs. Are you sure they support HDCP?

I am 100% SURE. It's an oversight on their website and I'll bring it to their attention now.....thanks!

Thanks Gordon. I ordered an HDP. I am looking forward to trying it out! I debated about the HDQ, but decided I could always get an HDMI switcher if I need to for the extra ports assuming I use 1080i for all devices into the same port, or I could use component. If Anthem ever gets around to releasing the scaler upgrade for the AVM-20, I might sell the HDP and upgrade to get 4 HDMI ports then.

Thanks again,
Mike
