I'm looking for a new HD camera. I hear great things about the Canon H20, but I really like the harddisk system, no rewinding tape, easy transfer.

Will Canon really any HDD HD cameras?
Or is the Sony (e.g. the HDR-SR8) just as good?

Check out www.camcorderinfo.com. They seem to be an independant source of reviews. Careful though, you'll find yourself spending hours there looking at this stuff!

canon is going to release HR10 as their AVCHD camera

Too bad, cause I'd really like a HDD (harddisk) model.
DVD models make a lot of mechanism noise, small recording space...
