Have an electronic piano with a small 7" screen. Want to connect 640x480 VGA Video out signal provided by piano to a 15" flat panel TV or monitor. Images displayed are mostly static, black and white, e.g. music scores. Want to improve resolution, e.g. smooth jagged edges, etc.

Looking for recommendations on specific device to obtain for this.

Sorry, to clarify the output is a Composite Video (RCA). But the screen source is VGA.
