since BB chose its format, Netflix should be next!

one of the reasons for Netflix to go Blu would be, to stop confusing the customer by brining in more and more titles on both formats.....

if they go Blu later they would loose much more money then by cutting off HDDVD now....

sure, letting off HDDVD now would mean loosing customers, but imagine what would happen a year from now...surely Toshiba will release its player for a great price, the movies will be a bit cheaper, it would be in a good position, but then again, the confusion by letting one format go would be a disaster....

IMO Toshiba needs to back up Netflix to go any further, if they loose them, they done!

I encourage you to go back and read the announcement. Their online business did not make this transition and given how good Netflix's website is, i dont understand how anyone would be confused selecting a title in HD vs BD when you have to actually enroll with that disc option.
