After freaking months of waiting I found a wii online, paid more than retail but it was free shipping and came quick, so f nintendo.

I just picked up Mario Party 8 at Gamestop, traded in two used games for it. Despite the mixed reviews, I really like it, even playing against the computer (though it is definitely more fun with a group).

Super Paper Mario and Twilight Princess seems to be the more popular games currently.

WIISPORTS!
Oh wait, you have that.
I don't like Zelda: Twilight Princess because it's much too much like Ocarina of Time for me. My 10yo daughter loves it.
I want RE:4 and Godfather: Blackhand Edition but not for $50 freaking bucks a piece. I've got 4 kids. Come on. Bleh. Since Gamestop took over EB and Rhino used game prices have just gotten astronomical.

RE4 is 30 bucks if that makes it any better.

I was able to get one back in april from TRU. It's cool and everything, but I think I'm going to sell mine. I just don't play it enough and besides, I need the cash to help fund other interests.

And another vote for Rayman. It's loads of fun with a group, but not quite as much fun on your own.

Yep, those are the only 2 I've found worth a purchase thus far. Some other games like Rayman etc. are fun in bursts, but not worth $50. Good for a rental, or maybe buy down the road when they drop to $20.

it seems like wednesday nights at my local walmart for the last month at least is the night to find a wii in stock... usually by friday they are all sold though. you would think by now the sale rate would slow down a little bit. but no they sale them as soon as they get them in .
