Since ebay seems to be the only game in town, what's a reasonable "Offer" to make for one ($245+40 shipping)? I saw people getting offers of $200 accepted, but that was about a year ago and I'm pretty sure they've gone up in price since then. Anyone purchase one recently?

Just login and then do advanced search and search for all Bic's that have sold. If the item has a green price then that is what it sold for. Yes $200 will still probably get accepted for the Bic. I have seen $195 get accepted before also.
