FYI, many movies that are 'exclusive' to one format are available over seas in the other format. The reality is there are a lot less exclusives than people claim.

There are many more HD DVD titles that can be imported that are BD exclusive here, than vice versa. For example, we can get or will soon be getting titles on HD DVD such as Ghost Rider, Fantastic Four, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Underworld, Underworld Evolution, Apocalypto, Bridge to Terabithia, Resident Evil, Resident Evil: Apocalypse, Basic Instinct, Brothers Grimm, Rambo 1 - 3, Total Recall, Terminator 2 and others.

I know. I was trying to be polite. Only HD-DVD is region free, which means even if a Blu-Ray owner did get a movie over seas, chances are they couldn't play it.
