At Infocomm this week is the:
Premiere View Pro HD-AV
It is Realta based & 10bit.
HDMI 1.3 & HD-SDI equipped.
It will have a blending option according to the press release.
Can someone who knows tell us more?

Mark. Go to the Calibre UK site. There are spec sheets for the processor there. Under pro processors. No prices.
I read the press release & am famliar with the stats. Truthfully I was hoping to goad Mad Mr. H into getting more in depth info.
There is usually always someone around here that knows more than the press release.

The web site shows the blend feature only on the "projector" model. I'm guessing $15K to $20K for that model with HD-SDI yada yada..

This processor, the AV FP version will start shipping in July. The MSRP is about $7000 and the blend option cost something like $1200 more. I'll have MSRP pricing tomorrow.

OK. Got the pricing details. MSRP for the PVPROHD-EB (EB is edge blending) is $8999.

For the extra money, do you get a second channel output, or do you need two of these guys for blending?

Alan. You linked a two year old press release for the Vantage, the existing consumer grade HT processor by Calibre! See 48 page thread in this forum. There is a press release for the new professional grade processors by Calibre and one by Silicon Optix but the Calibre uk web site has considerably more info.
Good God, could they make the thing look anymore like an old Quadscan??
What is the "lite" version I wonder?

Unfortunately it looks a little dissapointing. Highest vertical resolution is 1024, and the biggey is that it appears that it will only have one output. Therefore the price just rose to $18K!

interesting specs, it does have an "old school" look to it...
I see it offers PiP, wonder if that might be added to the Vantage as a software update?
Edit: Oops - Vantage already has that.
