I watched this BW movie tonight and thought the video clarity was great. It is a 3.5 star rated movie starring James Arness("Gunsmoke") fighting huge alien ants in the Southwest.. I think this channel does a great job with old BW( non WS obviously) 1950's movies. It also is showing the 3 star rated "Tarantula"-1955 which is even better video quality from what I have seen of it. Superb for a 1950's flick- AFAIK this is not on DVD and is a classic.
