I thought that after the Indy 500 that all the Indy Racing League races would be produced in HD for broadcast on ABC/ESPN/ESPN2.

The race from Iowa currently on is SD (and very choppy at that) and I don't believe I've seen anything else from the IRL in HD since Indy.

Anybody have links or any info on more HD coverage from the IRL?

I haven't heard anything, but one never knows for sure.

The IRL season is over so obviously there is no more HD coverage. ;)

Rumor has it the whole season next year will be in HD.

I tried to watch on Sunday but when their is only 10 cars on the track whats the point? I watched most of the Texas race and it was "ok" to watch just due to the speed but then that wears off pretty fast. Needs to be more passing, and maybe as bumpers (J/K).
