I have Sharp XR-10X projector. I have it hooked up to Charter Cable with HD.
It comes in through a Motorola Moxi DVR . Is there any way that I can get at least 2 shows, if not 4 to show at 1 time. (like picture in picture).
Also, is there a device to enable me wirelessly send vido from my computer to the projector? Thanks in advance

if your DVR has pic-n-pic you should get 2...my SA 8300 has p-i-p.

If your projector has pip then you'll need 2 sources to get it working. That means 2 cable boxes if it's live TV you're talking about watching 2 shows at once on.

If your DVR has 2 tuners then it can possibly do pip itself as SbWillie said. For 4 shows you'd need need 2 DVR cable boxes that have 2 tuners each, and a projector that has pip as well, but then one of the pip would be inside of the other pip, and be very small.

I don't think they make it, but a DVR with 4 tuners might do the trick. You could build a home-theater PC with 4 tuner cards and possibly get a 4-way split.

I find pip to be a novelty, and only used it once. I just use the guide on the DVR to hunt for something better to watch, and it has a box the size of a 40" TV (with my screen size) that shows the current channel.

Just thinking of trying to watch 4 channels at once makes my head hurt. I'm guessing you want it for sports, or something, right?

Sending a video feed from your PC to your projector is doable, but I haven't heard of any device that is good at it. It is expensive as well. Probably cheaper to hire someone to run a cable for you.

The Moxi is not capable of doing PIP, but you could run cables from your Moxi to the projector and then run coax to the projector if it has that input. Then you could use the DVR for digital channels and DVR pruposes, and still watch analog cable on the PIP. That is, of course, assuming that your projector has a PIP feature.
