I just got D* HD and they do not broadcast the local CBS in HD.
So...is there a way to integrate an outdoor antenna with the dish without having run additional wire through any of the walls?
An antenna in the room is also not an option as the wife does not want to see it.
I'm aware of the necessities of an off air anteena to receive broadcast data.

thanks in advance for any feedback

You can't diplex an OTA feed in if you are using the new MPEG4 equipment (5 LNB dish and HR20 or H20 receiver). You'll need to run another line.

Don't think so with current restriction if you wish to use the MPEG4 channels at all. There are rumors that integrating on a single cable may be possible later.

If you are using only the 3 LNB dish and want to get all your locals with an outdoor antenna then you can still use a pair of diplexers and combine the Ant/Sat.
