Well currently I'm using a Denon 3930CI for DVD, and a PS3 for Blu-Ray and gaming. I have a 720p Panasonic projector, connected to the source by a 40ft Blue-Jeans HDMI cable.

I soon want to move to a 1080p projector, but my concern is that this cable will not provide adequate bandwidth at 40ft for this resolution.

Does anyone know a cable that will perform fine at this length and resolution? Or do you know if the Blue-Jeans will do fine?

This is from their website:

The toughest in-use test an HDMI cable can pass is to deliver signals reliably over distance; our Blue Jeans Cable Series-2 HDMI cables have proven reliable out to at least 50 feet, while many others fail at shorter distances. In our own in-use testing, we have found that the 50-foot cable operates flawlessly at 1080p.

Well, sometimes its nice to hear a user confirm what a company claims. I don't have any Blue Jeans cables but if I was shopping with 1080p requirements, I would be encouraged to read that statement!
