I've got a badly out of whack Samsung HCN-5527W that I can teak very nicely back into calibration using the service menu. mute-0-1-8-3 I separately align the R-G-B on each line and it sets up nicely.
Yet - how do I save the changes?
There is no 'save' or 'set' command - when I turn the set off - in display mode - i.e., viewing the picture, all of the changes are lost. I have the remote, which is how I am obviously aligning it again. I turn the set off, which is how I have heard the changes should be saved - and the set starts back up again without any of the changes, just the last badly out of alignment picture.
So, what am I doing wrong? Or perhaps the better question is - how do I save changes.
