I have a Harmon/Kardon AVR 120 receiver, and my remote does not work at all. Does any one have any suggestions were I could get this one repaired or a universal remote that may work. I think the model of the remote is [BE8R00 ]. Thanks for any help.

If you buy any of the Logitech Harmonys, starting at about $80 and up will all control your unit using their web based database, even if your old remote never works again. They can all be programmed to do everything your old remote did and will also control all your other components.

The 520 is the base model widely available, the 550 is also available at about $90 online and has a few more buttons, the 720 is available at Costco online if you are a member, for $150 plus tax - free shipping - and has a colour display as well as a charger. There are other models, but these are the big bargain three in my opinion.

That would be one solution anyway.

Otherwise, the BE8R00 (listed for the AVR120) is shown as NOT AVAILABLE on the H/K website (priced at 28.80)
