There's a UK version out in July I believe. I have it on pre-order from here (http://www.moviesandgamesonline.co.uk/xcart/home.php?cat=879&sort=orderby&sort_direction=0&page=2)
It's not the cheapest, but they had a £10 Google checkout discount so they became theapest!

You have to add it to your basket and then go to checkout. It then appears. Whether it will work for US customers is another matter however. I think it may be UK only.

blahdvd usually ships for free, but I don't know whether they actually ship beyond the borders of Europe

And it'll be actually released in Germany, UK, France, Spain, etc.

blah's site says it ships to North America, but don't know if it's free shipping or not.

Just received mine from switzerland today and it's an awesome title regarding PQ and AQ. I just skipped through chapters and i was blown away cause picture is razor sharp and colours are popping out. I was very surprised seeing this as most of the shots in this movie are heavily digitally processed which ususally tends to make a softer picture. But that's not the case with this one !

There are loads of soundtracks (french, german, spanish, english...) and subtitles (french, english, italian, german, norwish, danish...) available on that one so it should please european as well as americans :)

Yes bought it from http://www.1a-dvdshop.ch/
The site is only in german though and they don't deliver to USA (only to selected countries within EU) :(

Man I wished I could get this HD-DVD.. This is one of the most under-rated movies out there.. I would do so many bad things to Scarlett it's not even funny..

Tony at Xploited told me he'd carry the UK version.

I don't know why he didn't order any versions already out, though. Maybe he can't get them from a distributor? I don't know.

I love Xploited but it seems Tony could do a better job at getting recent import HD-DVDs. A much better job. Because lately he's missing a lot of great import titles....

I just got an email from Tony at xploitedcinima confirming he will have Island HD DVD available in a week or so. I have purchased 2 HD DVD's from them (Terminator 2 and Total Recall) and have been very impressed with their professionalism. Shipping to California takes about 3 days. I give xploitedcinema my highest recommendation.

The AmazonUK has it pretty cheap these days. I think I will conclude my HD DVD collection with this one... Why not? :)

I picked up the UK version of this disc for $19 (including shipping) on Ebay. I'm not an expert but I thought the transfer looked amazing and the audio was quite good. Your subwoofer will get a workout.
