All my gear is going to be behind a wall in another room.

Distance from my seating position to the cabinet in the other room where the equipment will be is around 35-40 feet. Line of sight is obviously not an option.

Distance from my seating position to the TV is 15 feet.

I was going to do RF, till most of the dealers are telling me that RF has a lot of issues with wireless internet and other wireless devices that interfere with the signal.

So if money was not an issue(I am ok with spending another 200-300 bucks on any system if I had to), which system would be more reliable?

I am trying to control lights as well.
