I have had my HV10 for about 8 months now. Love it.

When the unit is off, i barely shake it and it sounds like something is loose inside. I turn the unit on, and the loose noise stops. Anyone have any thoughts on this one? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

This is normal.. it is part of the OIS system

The clicking noise is from the Optical Image Stabilizer mechanism which is disengaged when power is off. It's completely normal.
