Not sure which version, but Alexander should be getting released on both formats on 9/18 with some nice extras.

I loved the TC (white box) version on DVD. Never saw the shorter/reactionary DC (red box) version.
Finally picked up the Final Cut/Kitchen Sink version when CC put it on sale for $10.
I have to say that this is yet another case where longer isn't better; great scene after scene is now ruined by endless extensions.
The scene where Alexander flies into a rage and murders one of his generals has the crackle of a lightning strike in the TC, whereas in the FC the guy is drag out and comes back into the room a few times to mouth off before Alex finally just kills him (it goes on forever).
The only addition I really liked were the wonderfully longer dancing sequences. Hope they HD the TC.
This should be the Final Cut. It had been announced by Warner back in February and then postponed.
